Firstly thank you to those who provided feedback on the U19 European Championships in France, helping with our investigation.

The findings were that the European Championships provided a valuable international opportunity and there was clear evidence of commitment from staff and positive
experiences for a number of players. However, the evidence also identifies
significant weaknesses in multiple areas and behaviours that fall short of the expectations from SRL.

The board have therefore reviewed the outcome and are taking appropriate action.
