In line with the Scottish Government Phase 3 announcement on Thursday 9 July, Scotland Rugby League will progress into its Return to Rugby Stage 3 for clubs and schools on Monday 20 July. The stage 3 guidance has been developed by Scotland Rugby League and its specific Return to Rugby Clubs & Schools sub-group.
This Stage 3 guidance comes into effect from Monday 20 July 2020.

From Monday 20 July, Children and Young People (under 18 on 1st September 2020) will be able to participate in restricted Touch Rugby activities. Adults (18 and over) will be able to participate in small group (max 15 players from max 5 households) training activity using a ball. The difference in permitted activity between children/young people and adults is due to medical evidence young people are believed to be less likely to transmit the virus.

From Wednesday 15 July, Indoor Hospitality can reopen but will be subject to physical distance rules and guidance. Clubs who wish to reopen an indoor catering area must adhere to Scottish Government guidance which can be found at www.gov.scot/coronavirus. At this stage, all other indoor facilities (except toilets) must remain closed until further notice (inc. gyms and changing rooms).

Clubs are reminded that Covid-19 Safety Coordinators can be nominated by completing the nomination form and emailing info@scotlandrl.com
